OUR RANGE
Our multi-purpose studios have been designed to enhance any garden setting. Available finishes are in light/dark timber, or painted (any colour) Magna Board cladding. Assembled with structural insulated panels (SIPs) the studios are extremely rigid; and are thermally and acoustically insulated to high standards. Once settled in, you may not want to leave.

Key Features
Standard specification options include premium quality powder-coated doors and windows, a choice of exterior cladding options and furniture-grade plywood interior finishes. Plug and lighting points are provided and are connection-ready.
If your ground is level you do not have to do any preparation. Our precast concrete bearing pads are installed by our team and the support frame is assembled thereafter.
All models are made for year-round use, are fully insulated and waterproofed.
Some municipalities may require approval. Clients are responsible for ascertaining / applying for permission. We will provide a PDF format plan and description to clients at a nominal fee if this is required.
Our lead time for standard models is two weeks. Note the installation date is subject to our order schedule and will be confirmed on receipt of signed order / deposit.
Installation and delivery are included in your quotes. (Delivery outside CT metropolitan area subject to separate quote).
